Cancer Registry is an information system designed for collection, management & analysis of cancer incidence data on persons with the diagnosis of a malignant or neoplastic disease (cancer).
The registry captures a complete summary of the history, diagnosis, treatment & disease status for every cancer patient. This information is used for research, quality management, cancer prevention & surveillance, and ultimately, cures.
The Cancer Registry is completely computerized utilizing the METRIQ software program. Evansville Cancer Center has a tumor registrar on staff to serve you.
