Jon D. Frazier, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Frazier received his Medical Degree from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency in General Surgery and Radiation Oncology at the University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Frazier finished his fellowship in brachytherapy at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
Dr. Frazier, board certified in Therapeutic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology, in addition to external beam radiation, specializes in brachytherapy of the head and neck, lung, breast, cervix, uterus, vagina, and prostate.

Su Furman, M.D.
Dr. Subashini Furman received her medical degree and completed her internship and residency from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Before moving to Newburgh, Dr. Furman worked at Sharp Memorial Hospital, the premier cancer treatment center in San Diego, California as a radiation oncologist.
Her special interests are breast, lung, gynecological and central nervous system cancers. She is experienced in stereotactic radiosurgery (cranial and extracranial), HDR, LDR, 3-D treatment planning, intensity modulated radiation therapy and image guided radiotherapy. Dr. Furman is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiology.

Shannon Lamb, M.D.
Dr. Lamb is a radiation oncologist specializing in breast cancer treatment. She has been practicing in the Tri-State area since 1977.
Dr. Lamb graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed her residency in radiation therapy at The Radiation Center in Louisville, Kentucky. She is certified by the American Board of Radiology in therapeutic radiology.

Rick Ballou, M.D., Ph.D
Dr. Ballou is a medical oncologist/hematologist who has been practicing in the Tri-State area since July, 1995. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine where he also completed his residency in internal medicine. His fellowship in medical oncology/hematology was completed at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Ballou is board eligible. In addition to his medical degree, Dr. Ballou has a Ph.D. in anatomy from the University of Louisville. He has contributed to many scientific publications and is co-author of a book on cancer of the breast.
