As an added service to you, Evansville Cancer Center will file your insurance claims, address any concerns you might have regarding your billing, and settle payment with your insurance carrier.

Check with your employer or health plan to learn which physicians are in your network. Your insurance company can tell you about co-pays or deductibles for which you will be responsible.
Each insurer has specific requirements that must be met prior to consultation and treatment. Reauthorization may be required throughout the course of your treatment. Please be sure to always provide our staff with current insurance cards and notify them immediately of any changes regarding insurance coverage.
If you find your insurance company does not cover treatment at Evansville Cancer Center, ask what you can do to obtain this coverage. You will find it helpful to write down the name of the person, dates and times with whom you spoke to for future reference.
